Session classes:

Prelude to tango :
- Beginner: Introduction to all the basic concepts necessary to Argentinean tango

Suite nos 1, 2, 3, 4,5 :
- Intermediate and Advanced: Progressive learning of all the possibilities of Argentinean tango

Study of a choreography :
- Advanced: On a chosen music, the possibilities of musical and corporal interpretation will be studied

Cardiotango

Fitness driven tango:
- All levels (individual): One-hour drop-in class of repetitive tango moves to develop strength, stability, and endurance.
Tango-Stretch

Stretching for dancers:
- All levels (individual): Stretching session aiming the muscles we use the most in tango, to increase your flexibility, amplitude and fluidity of your movement, and also to prevent injuries.
Tango Somatique

Feldenkais technique of Somatic Education:
- All levels (individual): Guided movement experience to increase awareness of body, effort and motion. ''If you know what you are doing, you can do what you want'' - Moshe Feldenkais.

Tango Technique individual (3 parts)

Posture and "Point Zero" with Mylène:
- Workshop on the "Point Zero" technique, a fundamental concept she has perfected over the course of several years. Not to be missed, especially if you do not already know what it is!

Embellishments and balance with Mylène:
- Workshop dedicated to all the possibilities of embellishing the dance, and not only with the feet!
Flexibility and form with Mylène:

Tango Barre avec Diane Rivest
Classical Ballet Techniques applied to tango:
All levels (individual): Workshop on alignment of the body. Basic techniques to improve balance, lightness, and elegance.
